Managed IT Support Packages

Indigo Unified Communications offers four managed IT support packages: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Charity. All include helpdesk support with a first response to every ticket in under 30 minutes, monitoring and updates, protection against viruses and ransomware on every device, and email filtering that blocks phishing and scam emails. Gold adds backup, round-the-clock monitoring of your systems and security awareness training for your staff (backup is available as an add-on on Silver). Platinum adds longer helpdesk hours, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, a dedicated security team watching your systems 24 hours a day (a security operations centre), an annual audit and Cyber Essentials support. The Charity package includes round-the-clock monitoring and the same 24/7 security team at charity rates. Frequently asked questions
Which package is right for us?
Most growing businesses choose Gold, which adds 24/7 monitoring, security training and a dedicated account manager. Businesses that handle sensitive data, bid for public sector work or need longer helpdesk hours usually choose Platinum, which adds a dedicated security team watching your systems 24/7 and Cyber Essentials support. Registered charities get the Charity package at charity rates.
How much do the packages cost?
Prices start from £25 per user per month for Silver, £35 for Gold, £45 for Platinum and £27.50 for Charity, excluding VAT. Your exact price depends on the package and your number of users and devices. A free technology assessment gives you a fixed monthly quote before you commit to anything.
What is the difference between 24/7 monitoring and a 24/7 security team?
24/7 monitoring (Gold, Platinum and Charity) watches your systems around the clock for technical problems, such as a server running out of space, a failed backup or a device that has stopped updating, so our engineers can fix them early. A 24/7 security team, or security operations centre (Platinum and Charity, provided through RocketCyber), is made up of security analysts who watch for signs of an attack, such as suspicious sign-ins or ransomware activity, and act on them straight away, including overnight and at weekends.
How long does it take to move to Indigo?
Onboarding usually takes about two weeks, and it's included in every package. We document your systems, install our monitoring and security tools, and introduce your team to the helpdesk. If you're still in contract with another provider, we usually cover any overlap costs or buy out the old contract, so you don't pay twice. How switching to Indigo works →
Can we change package later?
Yes. Many clients move up a package as they grow, for example from Gold to Platinum when they start bidding for public sector work that requires Cyber Essentials. Talk to your account manager and we'll update your agreement.
