An example of this data in use, is for measuring the number of visits a page of our website gets over a specific time period. Aggregated Data may be derived from personal data, but loses any identifiable features in the process, and therefore becomes Aggregated.

Personal Data is any data that can be used to either directly or indirectly to identify a person. Personal Data may be collected by Indigo for numerous reasons, however we will treat it with the strictest confidentiality and ensure that we are compliant with the GDPR law.

Personal Data may be collected by us after direct interaction with you, such as if you have provided your data to us through signing a contract, as a business partner, if you are applying by a job or if you have given consent to receive marketing communications. Personal Data may be collected about you from our partners if it is related to the provision of services. Personal Data may be used for multiple reasons. In the event of an unpaid/disputed account by a customer, personal information will be forwarded to our appointed third party debt recovery or legal representatives to proceed on the grounds of legitimate interests to recover the account.

Personal Data will only ever be used to send marketing communication if the inpidual has consented to receiving the data. Personal Data may also be shared with third part Customer Relationship Management and Automated Email Marketing Systems.
